Please consider honoring yourself, a loved one or a special someone with a membership to the 2021 Healing Hearts Club at CentraState.  Your donation of $25 will enable a name to be inscribed on a plaque opposite the wall by the Gloria Saker Women’s Heart Program location (up to 8 names on each plaque – $25 per name). We will also send a heart pin to you or your loved one as a thank you.

♥GIFTS FROM THE HEART♥

Please help us save lives by purchasing a heart to be displayed on our Gifts from the Heart tribute wall.  You can choose from several different heart sizes and have a name inscribed on the plaque.   You may also choose to designate your gift to either the Gloria Saker Women’s Heart Program or the Thomas J. Blanchet Cardiac Center.

Your participation in these programs also gives you an opportunity to leave a legacy at CentraState.
