The 2026 CentraState Scholarship applications are now available to full time and part time CentraState Team Members with at least one year of service at CentraState.  Please click here to access the application site. The deadline for all applications to be submitted is 11:59pm on Friday, April 24, 2026.

Please Note:  There are some slight changes to the application form and the required documents this year.  To streamline the scoring process, we have introduced a Clinical Background, Educational Advancement and Financial Need (CAF) Form – click here to access printable form.  All applicants must fill out and attach this form with their application along with a letter of recommendation and an essay – if there are areas of the form that are not relevant to you, simply put N/A in the field.

These scholarships are made possible by the generosity of our donors.   Scholarship recipients are required to write notes or cards of thanks, and all applicants are encouraged to write notes of thanks so we can share them with our donors.  It is important that they see the impact that their kindness has on our team members.  Without them we could not offer these scholarships.  Please send thank-yous to Olive Taylor at the Foundation Office to be forwarded to the donor.
