CentraState Healthcare Foundation hosts Annual Celebration Ball

On Friday, May 12, 2023, CentraState Healthcare Foundation hosted its 61st Annual Celebration Ball at The Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury in Shrewsbury, NJ. This event honored Distinguished Ambassador Dr. Jatinchandra Patel and Community Partner League of Women Voters of Monmouth County.
The event offered an exquisite 30+ basket silent auction, having items range from sport memorabilia, designer handbags to weekend getaways. In addition, an OMEGA Watch raffle was held and the winner took home a pair of his and hers watches, generously donated by Gary Michaels Fine Jewelry. Event attendees danced the night away to the music of the Moroccan Sheepherders, while taking festive photos in the photobooths. Atlantic Health System was present as the top Diamond Sponsor of the evening.
Over $250,000.00 was raised from this event, supporting all programs and services offered at CentraState Medical Center.
Dr. Patel is board-certified in Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology. Since joining CentraState in 2008, now as the Medical Director of the Cardiovascular Interventional Laboratory, he led the Cardiovascular Expansion project and heart attack program. He is dedicated to best care for patients and enjoys teaching the nursing and medical staff. Dr. Patel’s Cardiology Practice, Garden State Heart Care has several office locations in the area.
The League of Women Voters, founded in 1920, is a nonpartisan political organization which encourages informed and active participation in government. The Monmouth County League is committed to defending democracy and empowering voters by working to increase understanding of major public policy issues and influencing public policy through education and advocacy.
