Millstone Twp, NJ – On June 25, 2022 Green Leaf Pet Resort, hosted thousands of animal-loving attendees at their Canine Carnival – Paws for a Cause event to give back to CentraState Healthcare Foundation.
Admission to the event was free – and offered a variety of activities for guests including carnival games, doggie dock-diving, lure courses, NJ-State Police K9 Demonstration, blood pressure screenings, VCA’s mobile triage unit and “Ask-A-Vet” station, food trucks, vendor tables, face painting and more. MTV personality DJ Skribble was the emcee for the live musical performances featuring Turnstyles and The RockNRoll Chorus.
A highlight of the day was the raffle sponsored by All American Subaru of Old Bridge which included a prize for a $10,000 voucher for the lease or purchase of a 2022 Crosstrek. The lucky winner was announced at the event and live on Facebook.
“We’re happy we can give back,” says Shelly Leibowitz, Green Leaf Pet Resort’s co-founder and owner. “We believe in what CentraState does for our community, our spouses, our relatives and our children. We’re both foundations built on love.”
Additionally, Jason Savino, Digital Operations Director at the All American Auto Group says “We always love to get involved with the community. This unique event gave us the opportunity to work with two great companies for two great causes. We were very proud with how it turned out and look forward to getting more involved.”
Thanks to the generosity of Green Leaf Pet Resort, All American Subaru of Old Bridge, and the event sponsors, over $21,000 was raised to benefit CentraState.
