The Linda E. Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center located in CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus is a place where people living with the debilitating disease of MS come to keep themselves active and mobile. The MS Center was developed in 2002 with support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – New Jersey Metro Chapter, the Cardinale Family, and CentraState’s Dan Messina, then Senior Vice President and COO.
Both Rose Messina, Dan’s mother (age 86, who lived with MS for over 50 years) and Linda E. Cardinale (age 53, for whom the MS Center was named) have since succumbed to MS. Both women battled MS courageously, and their legacies live on with the 1,000 patients at the Linda E. Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center who depend on the center to help them lead productive lives.
Join us for our 13th annual Evening in the Vineyards wine tasting event to support the continued expansion of the Linda E. Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center. Until a cure for MS is found, we have much more work to do.
